Shaun Harper

Shaun Harper is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) expert. He teaches MBA students and advises CEOs and leaders on DEI strategy. Professor Harper has worked with more than 400 businesses, firms, and educational institutions. He has published 12 books and over 100 academic publications. Foundations have awarded him $16 million in research grants. His research has been cited in nearly 16,000 published studies. The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and hundreds of other news outlets have quoted Shaun and featured his research. He has interviewed on CNN, ESPN, NBC News, and NPR. Prior to USC, Dr. Harper was a tenured full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
