Connie Chen is an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt where she studies economics and business. She has been a member of the EDEFI team since spring of 2021. She works on research regarding the experience of STEM students and faculty of marginalized groups, and she designs visual elements and infographics for EDEFI's projects. Her research interests include ways that social structures affect experiences of marginalized groups in the U.S.’s education system. She is particularly interested in utilizing research to implement changes that create more equitable school and workplace environments.
