Diversity has stalled within higher education for the disciplinesof engineering and computing. This report focuses on uncovering this stagnation with regard to both race and gender. It focuses onthe situation of Black students, postdoctoral scholars,and faculty,who are consistently among one of the most underrepresented groups in engineering and computing disciplines.
